To secure your booking at Te Anau Lodge, we require your credit card details as a security on your booking.
We are able to accept Visa & MasterCard cards.
Following receipt of your credit card details we will email you to confirm your booking, the type of room that you have booked and the dates that we are holding a room for you.
There will be no charge made to your credit card until after your stay – unless a cancellation fee applies.
Our cancellation policy is as follows…
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, within 1 calendar month of the booking, a 25% booking fee will be charged to your credit card.
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, within 2 weeks of your booking, your credit card will be charged for the full reservation.
The full cost of the stay will be charged against the provided credit card details should you fail to arrive at our Lodge on the day(s) that your reservation is for.
Te Anau Lodge is a small accommodation business and late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ have a significant impact upon our ability to operate.
